Key Responsibilities:
Function as an individual contributor with a fair degree of accountability, requiring minimal assistance.
Conduct unit testing to ensure the accuracy of developed solutions.
Implement development requirements in accordance with provided technical specifications.
Adhere to coding standards and performance measures as specified by customer and organizational guidelines.
Participate in all designated training sessions and actively pursue self-improvement and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possesses fundamental knowledge of project documentation, including BBP, Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
Capable of creating required project documentation.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of requirement management processes, tools, and requirement analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.
Exhibits fundamental knowledge of customer business domains and technology suites, utilizing the latest technology to enhance client engagement and address customer escalations.
Competent in performing unit testing, comparison testing for rehosting, and reporting testing status.
Documents identified defects, performs defect fixes, executes automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan, and records findings.
Identifies and reports defects/deviations from expected results.
